The return period is 14 business days from the date of the arrival to the customer. During this period we will provide a 100 % refund with the deduction of shipment costs. The item has to be in a perfect form in order for YouDaica to provide a full refund. Any damages costs will be taken into account when providing refund. The refund will be conducted within up to 30 business days from the item’s arrival to our store.
